Rebecca Meyer

Interior Designer

Certificate IV in Design of Kitchens, Bathrooms and Interior Spaces
Diploma of Interior Design
Graduate of International School of Colour & Design

Rebecca started her career in the cabinet making industry in 2003. She was fortunate enough to witness firsthand how cabinetry was constructed in a factory. Fifteen years on, Rebecca’s knowledge of design and her appreciation of how a design translates into actual construction is quite a rare thing amongst designers. Working within the actual factory gave her a depth of understanding which sets her apart from her contemporaries and is a real advantage when she sets out to design a space.

Since her first foray into cabinet making Rebecca has studied many forms of Design, gaining a wide variety of knowledge specialising in kitchen & bathroom; her skills also incorporate the design of custom cabinets including entertainment units and home office fit-out, to colour consulting and interior design.

She stood out early on in her career and was a Semi-Finalist and Finalist in Art & Design Awards, then in 2014 was a Finalist – Kitchen in HIA-CSR Awards.

“I am very pleased to say I love what I do, for me it’s not a job, it’s my passion”.

Rebecca loves and is inspired by art. Her favourite artist being Claude Monet “the richness I achieve comes from nature, the source of my inspiration“, and it is this enthusiasm, inspiration and passion which she projects through her work, creating not only functional and workable spaces but, creating beautiful, timeless spaces tailored to her clients family and their lifestyle.

Rebecca is a ‘Designer Member’ of the Kitchen and Bathroom Designer’s Institute (KBDi).
