  • 1. Showroom Consultation – We invite you to our showroom and take you through the whole process. You get to learn about the latest materials that are available along with their pros and cons. You might be aware of most modern fixtures and fittings but there might also be some you haven't seen before. We also share the latest design ideas from Europe. This gives you the opportunity to touch, see and learn about these new materials and designs. You get to look at a variety of fittings, taps, lighting, hot plates, ovens and other materials such as tiles among other things.

    This also gives our designers an idea of your likes and dislikes as you go through a variety of materials, design ideas and displays. It will also allow us to get an idea of your likely budget based on your likes for certain designs and materials. This consultation usually lasts anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours.

  • 2. Home Visit – When you invite us to your home, our team of designers will come to take photographs, measurements, make sketches and discuss the overall project with you.
  • 3. Development – This process usually takes 3 to 4 appointments and we help you select the fixtures and other appliances you want in the renovated kitchen. At this stage, you start getting a much more accurate picture of the total project costs.
  • 4. Execution – Once everything is finalised, the project is taken over by our project manager and operations manager who will coordinate the production and installation of everything you have approved. They will take the project to completion and keep you informed of the progress.
