A fresh and contemporary kitchen, butler’s pantry, laundry and powder room are striking additions due to the contrasting use of dark and light. The dark kitchen cabinetry is paired beautifully with the grey detailing that runs throughout the Dekton benchtop.
The dark cabinetry in the kitchen makes way for white profiled overheads above the induction cooktop, allowing both another textured layer but also for the overheads to fade away.
These neutral tones are mirrored in the laundry and powder rooms. The patterned tiles in both the laundry and butler’s pantry bring interest to the rooms.
The client’s brief was to include a butler’s pantry, to maximise their storage. The butler’s pantry was cleverly incorporated without impinging on the kitchen space, and this addition feels like a natural use of the space.
