Rhianon ‘just knows’ what is required for a successful renovation.
While she started her career as a fully qualified and successful Interior Designer, Rhianon discovered she was a natural born organiser & manager. She therefore was very quickly elevated to her current position. Essentially Rhianon is the pulse of the company.
Her years working in administration and customer service are evident in the way she handles herself and whatever the day throws at her. She is very hands on and likes to be sure everything is running as planned. Rhianon approaches her role and handles with ease the myriad of tasks to be coordinated whilst keeping abreast of the constant changes that occur during any renovation.
From coordinating all the trades and scheduling timelines and deliveries with the factory, working with the designers and clients, as well as managing the numerous moving parts on every project, Rhianon tirelessly assists with the smooth running of LTKI.
She has excellent time management and organisation skills, incredible understanding of technical detail and enormous desire to achieve the best outcome for our clients. This makes her an invaluable and essential team member.
Rhianon is one of the main reasons LTKI has the reputation it has for quality, reliability and efficiency.
Rhianon is just as busy and hands on at home. Having renovated her own bathroom and kitchen, she knows only too well what a stressful time this can be for any homeowner. In her spare time she loves cooking and re-creating gluten free versions of her favourite foods, having a hit of tennis, a touch of singing in the car, shower or at a karaoke bar with friends. A quiet weekend means going on a long drive, discovering a farmers or craft market and chilling out with friends and family.
Rhianon is a ‘Designer Member’ of the Kitchen & Bathroom Designer’s Institute (KBDi).
